In line with Zambian labor laws, all our employees are fully registered with the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) and covered under the Workers’ Compensation Fund. This commitment to compliance and worker welfare sets us apart as a responsible and ethical employer.

Our team includes drivers, shop assistants, farm attendants, construction crews, mobile money agents, and security personnel, all working in unison under the guidance of our Board of Directors, Ms. Hazel Mulikita and Mr. Maxwell Tembo.
